  WOODPRO WARRANTY
WOODPRO warrants to the original end-user that for a period of 10 years from the date of original commercial purchase, under normal commercial use and service conditions, such as distortion, bend, crazed. If custmers have any complant for quality, pls provide original purchase invoice and test report from related department.

WOODPRO is not responsible for cost of installing and dismounting. Mildew and smudgly do not in the range of warranty.

WOODRPO does not warrant against and is not responsible for:
1. improper installation of WOODPRO products;
2. use of WOODPRO products beyond normal commercial use or in an application not recommended by WOODRPO’s guidelines;
3. movement, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or the supporting strcture on which WOODPRO products are installed;
4. any act of God(such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning,ect.)
